Scanning stops until you subscribe. Your saved records and settings stay on your PC and can still be exported.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, it renews at the end of each month or year unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us.
Does it need an internet connection?
Only for licence validation. Recognition runs entirely on your own PC and keeps working with no internet. The app checks in online at least once every 48 hours, and scanning pauses if it cannot validate for longer than that. If you need a longer offline window, contact us.
Who processes the payment?
Orders, payments and taxes are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never receive your full card number. See the Privacy Policy.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your licence covers the computer(s) named on your licence for your own internal use. If you need it on more machines, contact us and we will help.
